EXCAVATION SCREEN WALL WITH ADJOINING PILES

During the construction of a screen wall with adjoining piles, sticky, expansive clays limited the speed of execution and compromised the stability of the drilling walls.

Solution proposed by the QUIMACER team: use QUIMAFLUX ST

0.8% of QUIMAFLUX ST was incorporated into the drilling fluid. It was increased by 16% in the speed of execution per pile keeping the walls of the pile stable.

QUIMAFLUX ST is a polymer of organic origin, which due to its high deflocculant power is used in aqueous solution to fluidize clays of high plasticity / or expansive, guaranteeing a higher performance of the drilling equipment and allowing greater maneuverability.
