DRILL ROD GREASE
Description
Lubricating grease formulated with the latest generation thickener of Calcium Complex Sulfonate. It is a lubricating grease that has been specially designed to work in extreme situations of loads, shocks, presence of humidity and possible chemical attacks.
Use
- Lubrication of bearings subjected to high loads.
- Pellet granulator.
- Rolling mills in the steel industry.
- Bearings in the presence of humidity and/or high temperatures.
- Paper industry, textile, mining, public works and naval sector.
- Electric motors, plain and anti-friction bearings, mechanical elements in the presence of acids or alkalis, saline and/or corrosive environments.

- Excellent performance under extreme conditions and shock loads. High EP capacity.
- Protection against corrosion and oxidation.
- High resistance to washing by cold or hot water, both fresh and salty.
- Excellent adhesion and high resistance to dripping/running.
- Excellent pumpability at low temperatures.
- Thanks to its complex thickener technology, it offers a high capacity for continuous work at high temperatures, providing excellent consistency recovery when cooled.
- Excellent mechanical resistance against continuous stress, minimal changes in consistency.
